In cases of an accident or illness, please contact immediately one of our staff members in the camp or the reception.

Inside your pod

Get out of your Pod immediately and alert the nearest staff members. Use your walkie-talkie. Do not under any circumstance try to extinguish the fire yourself!

All the Pods are equipped with smoke and fire detectors. If you hear an alarm, please leave you Pod and contact a staff member.

Smoking

All Pods and Whitepod buildings are strictly non-smoking. Outdoor ashtrays are available for smokers.

Rules for Chalets

Any gathering of multiple cabins or parties inside a chalet is prohibited

  • Set of firewood for the O-Fire available at the reception (additional charge).
  • Smoking inside the cabins is not allowed. Violation of this rule will be penalized.
  • Any loss or damage to the dishes or equipment in the cabins will be charged.

We reserve the right to charge you 2x this price if you leave your chalet particularly dirty (with photos)
